Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) was founded in San Francisco in 1978 to provide management and administrative oversight for the State of California’s childcare subsidy contracts.

Over the past 30 years, we have grown from a $250,000 singular state contracting agent to become a multi-million-dollar management company, overseeing numerous governmental funding streams and successfully growing various trade organizations.
